oh come on my body is more healthier today then it was 4 months ago and also if u see my calories a day they are at least 1500 which is recomended and include lots of fruit. salad and protein as well as water and 1 hour exercise (all medically recommended) the only valid point u made is regarding my saturday binge which i just finished 2 chicken burgers and chips and about to eat chocolate cake now ;-)
