According to the General Office of Accounting, one in ten health care dollars are collected fraudulently. The following video documents a lawsuit recently filed against Hand Therapy which alleges intent to commit fraud. You decide. Lawsuit Filed June 15, 2007 in the Eastern District of Missouri of the United States District Court. Additional Notes: It is my allegation that the patients are 'trapped' in the following manner: "You have a horrible problem that may not get better. We have had many patients and we have tried everything and some just never got better. This is a crippling and horrible condition. You had better play it safe and do exactly as we say if you want to stand a chance. Now let us perform measurements which will get you to believe we really know what we are talking about so you will want to stick around for months of treatment." It then continues... "Mr. Cleveland must have had a HORRIBLE problem, because in spite of all we did for him, he simply did not improve." Does the Sun revolve around the Earth? Or does the Earth revolve around the Sun? Whenever I get "tendonitis" now, I simply do exercises. Hands back to normal in 2 or 3 days. No more fear. It is my allegation that their brainwashing disabled me for almost 3 years. Note that I will only allow comments which have been cleared from people who have no demonstrable financial stake in the case on the defendant's side. I am actually saying that physical therapy--things like, "ultrasound, ice, massage" and more--are virtually worthless when compared to lifting weights. Injury after injury in my body has shown this to be the case. And studies show that my body responds just like 100% of people. The fact that the hands dramatically improved over one week after years of chronic pain could never be said to be "chance". No medical professional would accept that theory. Common sense and medical fact and evidence would point 100% in the direct of rehabilitation = recovery.
