Description: When Steve-O and his crew were in Panama City, Nick Dunlap had met with this insane skater who is known as The South Padre Skater. What happend was that he was trying to "show" how people to skateboard and when he did the second person, the skateboard went out into the street and hit a $40,000 car and then had an arguement with the girlfriend of the boyfriend's car.
