Description: I had to euthanize my cat of 9 years at the beginning of March because he suffered from acute kidney failure. Though the production date code on the food I had was 6256 and 6293 and the Iams website recalled 6339 and up, I find the coincidence a little unnerving.

furious17392 ::: Favorites very sorry about your cat. it's so hard to watch them suffer. our dog has kidney failure now. and his food is not on the list but i know that's what it's from because i never give him canned food and i did for a treat. a few days later he stopped eating, then vomiting for a week, then kidney failure. he was hospitalized for 6 days and is now home with iv fluids,but not doing so well. it makes me so mad to hear all these stories, and the companies are not very responsive to complaints/inquiries. 07-04-21 19:36:46 __________________________________________________

I had to have my cat of nine years put to sleep 0n 02/28 because of the recalled food as well. I can't bring him back, but I can continue to speak out against this company and alert people to this underreported problem. Very powerful video.
