Later I realized that Shiden412 hadn't uploaded a translation for it yet, so I decided to sub the PV myself. He'll be uploading his own sub of Hitomi no Jyuunin as soon as he can. And I know I spelt depicted wrong... but this is the fifth or sixth version of this video I've made and posted, so I'm not going to fix it. Plus, my video editor died on me (yet again), and I couldn't fix it if I wanted to.
